Hello there!

Just want to make a a quick introduction! My name is Nathalie Salafranca and I am a nurse practitioner here in Henderson, NV (few minutes from Las Vegas!). Originally from the Philippines, I came here when I was about 15 years old along with my family. I have an older brother, a twin brother, and a younger sister. Most of my family have medical background so this has been a familiar ground for me. It is stressful at times but I wouldn't change a thing! It's a great feeling to see someone feel better because of something you helped them with and truly this career is very self-rewarding.
